Thank you for shopping with Made By Soulstice. Each piece in our collection is made with intention and care. Because our products are made to order, all sales are considered final — but if something goes wrong, we’ll do our best to make it right.

 

Made-to-Order & Final Sale

All items (including prints and original artworks) are made to order or one-of-a-kind. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

Please double-check product details and sizing before completing your purchase.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’re here to help.

To request a replacement or refund:

  1. Contact us at madebysoulstice@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue

If approved, we’ll send a replacement or offer a full/partial refund based on the situation.

 

Cancellations

Because all products are processed quickly through our print partner, orders cannot be canceled or changed once submitted.

 

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery is marked as complete
    However, we’ll gladly assist you in contacting the carrier or exploring potential solutions.
