Thank you for supporting Made By Soulstice. Every order you place helps bring art into the world — and we want to make sure it gets to you safely and smoothly.

 

Processing & Production Time

All Soulstice products are made to order, which means we begin creating your item after your purchase is complete. This allows us to reduce waste and keep our process sustainable.

Production time: Please allow 1–4 business days for your order to be printed and prepared before it ships.
Production is handled by Gelato, a global print partner, which allows for faster local fulfillment in many regions.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking info once your item has shipped.

 

Shipping Time & Costs

Shipping time varies depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery time after production:

  • U.S.: 2–5 business days

  • International: 5–15 business days

Shipping fees: Calculated at checkout based on your location and item size.

Note: Orders may arrive in separate packages if you order multiple items, especially if they are fulfilled from different print partners.

 

International Shipping

We do ship internationally! However, please be aware that:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs and regional delivery speeds

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, VAT, or import taxes

Gelato fulfills orders locally in over 30 countries, which helps reduce customs issues and speeds up delivery in many cases.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your item ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us at madebysoulstice@gmail.com.

 

Shipping Issues

While we do our best to ensure a smooth delivery, Soulstice is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered during checkout

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
