1. About Soulstice

Made By Soulstice is a small artist-run shop offering original mixed media artwork and high-quality print-on-demand products. Our artwork is for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without permission.

2. Ordering & Payments

All prices are listed in USD.
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers (e.g., Wix Payments, Stripe, or PayPal).
Orders are not confirmed until full payment is received.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Print-on-demand items are made to order and fulfilled by our print partner. Please allow [X–Y business days] for processing and additional time for shipping.
Shipping times may vary based on location and product availability.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

4. Returns & Refunds

Because items are made to order, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.
We do not offer returns for buyer’s remorse or sizing issues.
